Come see The Arkansas Diamonds in Hot Springs
The Arkansas Diamonds are a professional arena football team based in Hot Springs, Arkansas, that serves as a cornerstone franchise of The Arena League (TAL). Originally founded as the Hot Springs Wiseguys, the team rebranded in August 2025 to embrace a broader state-wide identity while maintaining their home base at the Bank OZK Arena. Under the leadership of 2025 Coach of the Year Bones Bagaunte, the Diamonds have quickly become a powerhouse, finishing their inaugural season as league runners-up in Arena Mania II.
The Arena League itself is a high-energy professional indoor football circuit designed to prioritize speed, scoring, and fan engagement. Unlike traditional football, the league features a unique 6-on-6 format played on a 50-yard padded surface. To keep the action non-stop, the league eliminated kicking entirely, meaning teams must go for it on every fourth down and attempt scorable conversions after touchdowns. Many players compete on both sides of the ball under "Ironman" rules, emphasizing versatile athleticism and making the Arkansas Diamonds' fast-paced home games a premier sports attraction in the region.
